| Операторы сотовой связи блокируют (лочат) USB модемы, а значит вы не можете использовать в вашем 3G модеме SIM карту другого оператора. Но все это не проблема с программой DC Unlocker2. Данная программа позволит безопасно разлочить, а точнее разблокировать USB модем будь это модель ZTE или Huawei.

РУКОВОДСТВО НА РУССКОМ
1.Скачать DC Unlocker2
2.Вставить карточку SIM чужого провайдера.
3.ZTE Modem вставить в PC и установить оригинальный Софт твоего провайдера
4.Софт спросит 4 значный код карточки и его задать
5.Софт спросит задать разблокировачный 16 значный код.
6.ничего не задавать а просто закрыть программу
7.Запустить "DC Unlocker2" и выбрать manufacturer "ZTE datacards"
8.select Model" можно оставить на "_Auto detect"
9.Мышкой нажать на лупу для поиска модема. После нахождения твоего модема в нижнем окне, там должно стоять CARD = LOCKED
10.просто нажимаешь на "unlocking" и далее на "Unlock"
11. готово! ваш USB модем может работать с SIM картой любого оператора!
Кроме этого данная программа позволяет вводить AT команды. Вот например так можно включать/отключать режимы HSDPA, HSUPA :
запускаем DC-Unlocker, после опрелеления им нашего модема в окно с инфой о девайсе вводим нужную команду и жмем ENTER. должно появиться подтверждение о выполненой операции, если нет - повторяем ввод.
передергиваем модем.
все!
собственно команды:
AT^HSPA=1 режим HSDPA
AT^HSPA=2 режим HSPA (заводской) (для Huawei E1750)
AT^HSPA=0 выключено
так же можно использовать команы вида
AT^HSDPA=1 режим HSDPA
AT^HSDPA=0 выключено
AT^HSUPA=1 режим
AT^HSUPA=0 выключено
